Shipping & Returns

We accept returns (for refund or exchange) within 30 days, subject to the following guidelines:

1. Returned merchandise must be in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging.
2. Please note that products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries, or other hazardous materials cannot be returned.
3. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.
4. Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
5. Hobby Square reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit.
6. If Hobby Square incurs additional shipping fees as a result of refused or returned shipments, we reserve the right to deduct those amounts from the final return credit.
7. For all inquiries regarding Returns/Exchanges, please contact our online sales admin at hobby.square.usa@gmail.com or use the contact form to obtain an authorization number.
8. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Exclusions

When a product is returned, the refund will not include any shipping charges paid by the customer.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. This offer applies only to selected items and continental US customers. Hobby Square reserves the right to determine the free shipping method.

Delivery Times and Guarantee

Please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed. The courier is responsible for providing and updating guaranteed services. Any guaranteed services are subject to the courier's policies and updates.

International Shipping Charges and Customs Responsibilities

Please note the following shipping details:

1. Shipping charges cover transit to your country only. You are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that may be charged upon importation.
2. Please acquaint yourself with your country's customs policies and regulations prior to placing an order.
3. We are unable to list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on invoices or customs forms, after any applicable discounts have been applied. Please note that store credit is not considered a discount and is taxable. We kindly request that you refrain from asking us to list a lower amount or label your order as a 'gift' as it would be illegal for us to do so.

Ground shipments of lithium batteries must not be sent to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or destinations on islands such as Avalon, CA. Due to the complexities of shipping batteries, we reserve the right to make adjustments to meet the latest shipping code for lithium batteries.

Address Verification

As required by PayPal/Credit Card Merchant regulations, we can only ship orders to PayPal/Credit Card Merchant verified addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is verified by PayPal/Credit Card Merchant to avoid any issues with order fulfillment.
